Dear Perspective Customer,
I am an independent cleaning service owner in Illinois who prides herself in
making sure each job is completed in a professional, timely manner with
exceptional attention to detail. For a two person cleaning team (an
assistant and myself), I charge a very competitive rate of $25.00 per hour.
How long does it take? A four bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bathroom home that includes a
kitchen with an eat-in dining table area, living room, dining room, family
room and small office would take approximately 4 to 6 hours. This
approximate time depends on how soiled the home is, and if it is tidy,
without clothing, toys or other items to be picked up from the floor or any
area that needs to be cleaned. If the home has additional rooms, bedrooms,
bathrooms, or a finished basement, it would extend the approximate cleaning
time. I never guarantee exact completion times or offer flat rate fees for
the reason that occasionally homeowners may alter the condition of the
interior of the home without notice. Such as, large parties or relatives
visiting from out of town, new large pets that shed, or dust and debris
created from remodeling jobs. Once the home has been cleaned the first time,
that cleaning time would be consistently maintained as long as normal
conditions apply, unless the homeowner requests additional work to be done.
We are pet friendly and would like to use your vacuum cleaner if you do own
pets. I supply the cleaners, but I’ll use yours if that’s what you prefer.
Go-Green cleaning supplies are available for an extra fee. I am very
trustworthy and fully insured, and you’ll always get the same two cleaners,
my assistant & me. No need for any contract agreements, our dedication to
exceeding your expectations is all that’s needed to secure my clients. Thank
